One Survivor Remembers Questions
1. The scene that was the most powerful to me, was the one where the jews were forced to go outside and sleep in the snow. Her father was the only one who thought ahead, and told her to wear he skiing boots when they left int he middle of June. Some women only had sandals on, and their toes were literally breaking off.
2. The Nazi's dehumanized the Jews by making them do cruel and inhumane torture. They were forced to work in extremely hot buildings with no pay. They were then marched in the middle of winter, and killed in front of all the other people.
3. I fantasize about going to Disneyland, because I don't get to go much. The things that I take for granted, is electricity, running water, and basic commodities I can buy at the stores.
4. In the middle east, Catholics are being beheaded, starved, tortures, and killed just for their religion. The only thing we can do to help them, is to send our military to help protect them.
5.The heroes to me in this film, are the military that saved the women, and the father of Weissmann. They both saved her life, and helped change the world. The military men saved thousands if not millions of lives. Also, Weissmann's father saved her life, which allowed her to live her life and make a documentary the many people watched, including us.
